Wishing everyone a Happy Easter. I had to make a quick run to the super Wally World last night and go to witness Metro getting to break up a fight between to mothers who were fighting over some prewrapped Easter candy basket. Once it escalated beyond words, one opened a carton of candy eggs and was hurling them at the other mother. Yet another act which verifies the direction the world is headed.

Here comes officer cotton tail,
to lock you dumb ass up in jail,
Hippity hoppity Easter's on it's way!

I made a mad dash to Eckerds last night and they were almost totally out of candy, I got the last bag of snickers, malted eggs, and starburts jelly beans and the last two chocolate bunnies. I was sweating it thinking I was going to have to go to Wally World. $40.00 buck on Easter candy!!!! We bought an egg dyeing kit that swirls the color onto the eggs, it was pretty cool and the eggs turned out really pretty. Now I get to hide eggs all day with the kids and explain a thousand times why you can't eat them after hiding them all day.

Well, if I am considered to be the Easter Bunny, I did buy myself some Peeps the other day....

I messed w/Skip this morning and asked where my Easter basket was...he said "Easter basket? You're not a kid anymore!" So I proceeded to tell him I had his in the closet. Brought out a gift bag which happened to contain a crystal easter egg. He's like "What's this, a soap dish?"

Ahhh...gotta love my Skip!

I seem to have the knack for being around some strange stuff when it happens. Not the best thing to have happen. My tolerance for stupidity is so low from multiple exposures to it.
