Seriously though, I'm glad that there's another avenue since Edwin.com dropped chat and kind of reshuffled the site a little. I know Danny and company try to keep things going, but this site really does have most every base covered. Picture posting, message board, chat nights, instant messages, event calendar, hot tub, car wash, and Charlene's giving me two tickets to New Years Eve with Edwin! What the hell is not to like about that ?

A long time ago I signed up to get emails from edwin.com, my most recent email from there included a link to this site and that's how I found out about it. I had tried the old chat thing on edwin.com but it was always changing and I never got into it.

So here's how the story goes:

One beautiful, balmy Friday night, my husband, Brian and I made our way to the Music Farm in Charleston, SC to see EMB. We get there a solid hour before they open the doors, and when we finally make it inside, my bladder is ready to explode. First things first, though, so we book it on up to the very front to reserve a spot right under Edwin's nose. A very nice lady, noticing my distressed "pee pee dance," points out the bathroom for me, and when I come back, I decide to strike up a conversation with this very nice lady. I figure, anybody who was here earlier than me must be a big fan, so we'll atleast have that in common, right??

The nice lady turned out to be Jo Anne, who asked me if I posted on edwin.com. I said I'd signed up but never posted. So she hands me a card for edwinfans.com. She was SOOO nice, and a blast to hang out with. She also introduced us to Sarah, who turned out to be sweet as pie, too.

And THAT'S how I found edwinfans.com. THANKS JO ANNE!!!! :)
