Jo, did you sign up with Vanguard? If so you are cool they haven't sent anything out yet but you can log into the street team website and check to see if you are still sign up.

and i had a hard time logging back in, but Ayappa at vanguard helped me out.

I did the application a long time ago aswell. They sent me an email this week saying I made it!
